Aceels is an Indian fashion brand founded in 2024 by Vijaysinh Thakor, based in Malekpur, Kheralu, Gujarat (PIN 384325). We specialise in stylish, comfortable apparel and accessories for men and women — blending contemporary fashion with everyday wearability.

What products does Aceels sell?

We offer a wide range of apparel and accessories including graphic tees, plain t-shirts, full sleeve t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, crop tops, tube tops, tank tops, raglan t-shirts, oversized tie-dye t-shirts, and eyewear — for both men and women.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Aceels is 100% prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any orders. All payments must be completed online at the time of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed under any circumstances. Please review your cart and size selection carefully before completing checkout.

Is there a discount for first-time customers?

Yes! If you're shopping with us for the first time, use the promo code ACEELS50 at checkout to enjoy a special discount on your first order.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your Aceels account to view your order status at any time.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹499. Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping charge applied at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location within India. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details. For specific concerns about your order, contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Do you ship internationally?

Our website supports multiple currencies (INR, USD, EUR, GBP, CHF). Please contact us at infoservice.aceels@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to enquire about international shipping availability to your country.

What is your return policy?

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds — approved returns are issued as Store Credit (a Gift Card that never expires). A ₹129 handling fee is deducted from store credit, which is waived if you self-ship the item back to us.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a size exchange. First exchange: ₹49 fee. Second exchange: ₹250 fee. For sale items: size exchange only at ₹199 fee. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following are Final Sale — no returns or exchanges: innerwear, swimwear, accessories, customised products, and sale items (size exchange only at ₹199 for sale items). Aceels reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our quality check standards.

Will I receive a cash refund?

No. We do not issue cash refunds. All approved returns are converted into Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card, which never expires and can be used on any future Aceels purchase.

How do I find the right size?

Are your products true to size?

Fit varies by product style — oversized t-shirts are intentionally roomy, for example. Always refer to the product-specific size chart on each item's page for the most accurate guidance.
