⚠️ REFUND POLICY

• We do not offer cash refunds or reversals to any payment method (Bank / Card / UPI).

• All approved returns are converted into Store Credit issued as a Gift Card.

• Your Gift Card never expires — use it anytime on any future order.


📏 SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

• You have 3 days from delivery to raise an exchange request.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, odour-free, stain-free, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• First Exchange — ₹49 reverse pickup fee applies.

• Second Exchange (same item) — ₹250 fee applies.

• Maximum 2 exchanges are allowed per order.

• Processing time: 10–12 working days after we receive the item.

• To initiate, email us at infoservice.aceels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.


🔄 RETURN POLICY (Apparel Only)

• You have 3 days from delivery to raise a return request.

• A ₹129 handling fee is deducted from your Store Credit to cover reverse logistics.

• Once the item passes our Quality Check (QC), your Gift Card is sent to your email.

• Your Gift Card never expires.

• To initiate, email us at infoservice.aceels@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.


⚠️ RECEIVED A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

• Email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item.

• Zero fees apply — we cover everything.

• We will arrange pickup and send the correct item or issue full Store Credit.


📦 SELF-SHIP POLICY (When our courier cannot reach your location)

For Exchanges — Self-ship the item and receive ₹100 Store Credit as compensation.

• For Returns — Self-ship the item and your ₹129 handling fee is completely waived.

• Our warehouse address will be shared via email once your request is approved.


🎁 SALE & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for Store Credit.

• Size-based exchanges only, subject to stock availability, at a fee of ₹199.

• Black Friday Sale — No returns under any circumstances. Size exchanges at ₹149 fee, subject to stock availability.


FINAL SALE — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:

• Innerwear & Swimwear

• Accessories •

 Customised or Personalised Products

🚫 CANCELLATIONS — Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
