• Every order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days.
• Processing may take slightly longer during peak festival seasons, new collection launches, or unexpected logistical disruptions.
🚚 SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer two delivery options across India:
Standard Delivery • Delivery Time: 3–7 Working Days
• Cost: ₹29
Priority Express • Delivery Time: 1–4 Working Days
• Cost: ₹99
🎉 Free Delivery on all orders above ₹499.
💳 PAYMENT POLICY
• Aceels is a 100% Prepaid store. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Why prepaid is better for you:
• Faster dispatch — prepaid orders skip manual verification.
• Extra 5% discount automatically applied on all orders above ₹1,500.
• Higher delivery success rate with our courier partners.
🚛 FAILED DELIVERY POLICY
• Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
• A ₹200 reshipping fee applies if the package is returned due to:

• All delivery timelines are calculated on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has left our warehouse.
• A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order is picked up by our courier partner.
