What is your return policy?

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds — approved returns are issued as Store Credit (a Gift Card that never expires). A ₹129 handling fee is deducted from store credit, which is waived if you self-ship the item back to us.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a size exchange. First exchange: ₹49 fee. Second exchange: ₹250 fee. For sale items: size exchange only at ₹199 fee. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following are Final Sale — no returns or exchanges: innerwear, swimwear, accessories, customised products, and sale items (size exchange only at ₹199 for sale items). Aceels reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our quality check standards.

Will I receive a cash refund?

No. We do not issue cash refunds. All approved returns are converted into Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card, which never expires and can be used on any future Aceels purchase.
